About Company : TrueShare started in 2003 as EasyFTP.net. Just recently we rebranded, increased our space offering and enhanced our feature set while keeping the cost the same.
Service Description : TrueShare provides business class online file management and backup services allowing unlimited users. Send, receive, backup, store and access all file types. TrueShare is used to transfer graphics files to vendors, receive audio files from clients, store pictures and videos, distribute spreadsheets to co-workers, keep offsite backups of your databases, send power point presentations and marketing materials to client prospects, share product information sheets with remote employees, centralize bid document distribution to contractors, and so much more. This can all be accomplished from anywhere, at anytime, securely with TrueShare.
Client Software (user interface) : Coming in Jan. '06 we will provide a desktop application that doesn't require browser interaction. We will also offer automated scheduled backups from a client application.
Email features: We offer file upload notification to the administrator and notification of file availibility to the user
Security Features: 128 bit SSL, folder pemissions, Password protection

Verdict : TrueShare I have been a subscriber since they were called EasyFTP and I have always had great download speeds. The servers are never down, and the interface is more intuitive than XDrive. Also the pricing is so much better then anybody else. They offer unlimited users for just $30/month!!!!

Verdict : User friendly and easy to maintain I started using this site with a trial membership which was easy to setup and allowed me instant access to the file sharing services. The look and feel is very user friendly with a familiar file structure. Adding users and folders to your account is extremely easy and the ability to see who has downloaded what and when is great from an administrative view. You can assign users different priviledges for more flexible security so it's great for business, I turned my aunt on to this site and she's been keeping her portfolio on it so she can send potential customers there to review her work anytime. I would definitely recommend this site as an advantageous business tool for professionals.

Verdict : Great interface This is a great tool for moving large files around. You can remote into another computer and push up a very large file right through a browser window. Then anyone can access the file simply by logging into Trueshare.

Verdict : 536 files at once!! I needed to make my images available to my client and I couldn't send it through my email. They were all about 1 MB each. I selected the whole folder and clicked upload and off they went. They logged on and selected all the files and TrueShare zipped them up and sent them down. It was just what I needed.

Verdict : Like the unlimited users I am in the software development business and it is very useful for managing remote employees, distributing database and software updates, letting my clients upload their files and graphics and tracking all transactions. Great system!
