Verdict : Good stuff!! 1) It's free 2) It puts a link to the file, which you can give to anybody via email or blogs or forums 3) It stores the file almost indefinitely, until 90 days after people stop downloading the file 4) You can send big files (up to 500MB) 5) It doesn't need registration, so no giving away your email 6) You aren't restricted with the number of downloads. Download all you want. 7) Uploading files is relatively fast for DSL users compared to Multiply or even Rapidshare. 8) Downloading is also very fast (around 60KB/s for me, might be faster for others), and there's no wait time or accessibility issues like Megaupload or other sites
