Verdict : Meet the Good Guys We used to use Iron Mountain for our B/C continuity needs, but after a lot of headache and lazy attitude from the company we decided to leave and find another reputable supplier. After speaking to many companies and other referral sites we choose ImperaData, they had a good client base and more importantly I connected with their support guy. I think it is very important to have a good product but I believe its more important to trust the people who are going to be looking after you. I was always greeted by my own designated supprt chap, it felt nice somone actually saying "Hi Lee" than the normal "Good Morning, Thank you for calling....." I will end by saying the product is good, it does what we expect, but what makes the difference is the p[eople which support the product, they really are the best we have come across. Try them you wont be dissapointed.
